ABOUT US:
Triumph Real Estate was founded in 2000 by Michael Beckerman. After years of experience working for lenders, investors and developers we acquired and finished Waterfall Glen Condominiums, a 64 unit project in Darien.
This led to becoming a full service brokerage (residential and commercial - sales and leasing). Triumph developed, managed and invested in residential and commercial properties throughout the Chicago area.
As banks became more involved in real estate ownership, we used our strong banking relationships to assist them with their REO. Michael Beckerman is a court receiver for both residential and commercial properties.
Today we are able to offer a one stop shop for consulting, court receivership, property management and selling/leasing of bank owned properties.
Michael Beckerman certifications include:
- Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR)
- Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC)
- Short sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and has
